Hello! I am Laurie! Owner of Social Butterfly.

I'm happily married and reside in Milford, NH with my husband, 18 year old cat and 4 dogs. I'm a mother of three grown boys, a grandma, a K-9 warrior rescuer and a social media creator.

I've previously taught health and wellness, as well as worked as a CPT Trainer and Health Coach. I am still teaching mindfulness and meditation practices today.

My hobbies include, hiking, painting, making gnomes, photography, reading, & going on adventures with my grandbabies!

Since 2008, I've been creating social media content for small and medium-sized businesses, and I've been doing this professionally since 2010.
